Tangram Interiors, Steelcase’s largest dealer in Southern California, has been successful in creating a sustainable and growing business.

 

Part of this recent success was supported by SDI through its Principles of Business Leadership Fixed Fee Consulting Engagement that is cosponsored by Steelcase.

 

Following the implementation of many of the recommendations from that program to shore up their current operation, the executive team began to think about what’s next – Horizon 2.

 

They called upon SDI to support them in their strategic and operational planning – defining a compelling vision, and then engineering structure, controls, culture, and capability to deliver against the new vision.

 

The work is on-going, but the leadership team is aligned and pulling in the same direction as the economy recovers. They are prepared for what’s next.
