One of SDI’s Fortune 1000 clients recognized the need to reclaim innovation as a core competency to survive the economic downturn and be poised for expansion in the recovery.
They chose to partner with SDI to elaborate on their foundational problem solving process to create an innovation curriculum. The blended performance solution incorporates e-learning, streaming video, regional coaching, and performance management to support and influence adoption.
