Michigan's largest non-for-profit health insurance provider recognized that in order to defend and grow their market share in this fast paced and evolving industry they must transform the performance of their organization.
One of the many strategies in support of this goal was to optimize the IT Application Development Process and to set to better support the needs of the business.
This strategy was executed in two phases: Phase 1) focused on 'leaning' and redefinition of the IT Application Development Process and tool kit, Phase 2) focused on training that would close the gap between current performance and optimal performance of both IT & business delivery leads.
This client chose to engage with SDI Consulting, LLC to create and implement learning experiences that would standardize optimized performance in several key skills: 1) definition of business and functional requirements, 2) project kickoff and definition, 3) risk management and, 4) project execution and closeout.
