For more than 11 years, Jon has designed, developed, managed, and implemented performance and learning solutions that produced meaningful results for SDI clients, across multiple markets, including; Steelcase North America and Steelcase International, Johnson Controls, Kellogg's, and Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, among others.

From consulting with various business functions on performance needs assessment and process definition, to managing large-scale training and performance improvement initiatives, Jon has experience across multiple business forums and audiences.  Areas of focus most recently have been in the areas of corporate leadership development strategy/implementation and corporate system adoption and performance strategy.

In addition to delivering results for SDI’s clients, Jon is the partner in charge of Account Management and Growth for SDI Consulting, LLC. His primary responsibility in this role is to ensure that all SDI Account Managers and project resources are adhering to SDI standards and processes.

Jon holds a BA in psychology and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University.
