SDI's Article in ASTD

SDI has been involved with training and development for corporate enterprises since their beginning in 2002.  Shawn Merritt, managing partner at SDI Consulting, and George Wolfe, former vice president of global learning & development at Steelcase University, were recognized in ASTD's February edition for their article titled, Who's Afraid of the Enterprise Learning Function? This article is a well thought out process of how enterprise learning has an important role to play in creating a competitive advantage for organizations.  Below is the intro to the article:

"Most executives these days state explicitly that their people are their greatest corporate asset. And if people are going to be a company’s greatest asset, then they have to be working in a way that enables the company to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace."
