To ensure alignment and adoption of the final performance solution, SDI engages the end-users and their leaders in defining the need.  We accomplish this by working with leaders and high performers to identify gaps between desired performance and current performance.  In addition to the performer, we look at the environment in which they perform and modify both, as necessary, to ensure performance is sustainable.
