Rick Robinson is the lead partner for the Texas office of SDI Consulting, LLC, with offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Dallas, Texas. SDI provides customized organizational performance solutions to fortune 1000 companies, as well as business management and business development consulting to entrepreneurial organizations.

Rick’s client list includes both large and small customers. By working with customers like GM, Chrysler, Nortel, Picker, Del Monte Foods, Levelten Interactive, and Lloyds of London, he has developed an understanding of a variety of industries.

Most recently, Rick has focused developing and delivering a variety of leadership development programs, but has expertise in the areas of ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, Teambuilding, Quality Systems, Strategic Planning, Motivation, and Change Management.

Rick is also a frequently requested speaker. He has spoken at ASTD, UTD, YRMA, and the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Series program, among others.

Rick earned degrees in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University in 1985. After college, he spent time in the Fiji Islands as a Peace Corps volunteer, and spent six years as Accounting and Billing Manager for a large diversified services company.
