Standardizing Leadership - Mindset, Skill Set, and Group Disciplines
The largest global office furniture manufacturer recognized that great organizations get to be great by having leaders at all levels of the organization who can set direction, execute strategy, and create a culture of commitment.
Standardizing on optimal leadership performance in these three areas required designing, developing, and implementing experiences that focus not on character (they hired people with the right character), but on the mindset, skill sets, and group disciplines of leaders.
They chose to partner with SDI Consulting, LLC to define and implement this three-part experiential curriculum.
SDI managed the project of researching, designing, and developing the curriculum, and continues to facilitate the program globally (12 programs in France, 4 programs in Germany, 3 programs in Malaysia, 62 programs in North America).
SDI has also partnered with this client to offer a modified version to its dealer network and clients.
