It’s difficult to get adults excited about training. Even with the added hype of technology based learning, developers have a hard time creating training that can compete with the more entertaining content found on things like Twitter and Facebook. Because let’s be real, Corgi videos are a little more entertaining than your typical workplace safety courses.
We at SDI Experience believe that learning should be as unique and unconventional as the human mind itself. That is why our group of designers, developers, illustrators, and animators take on the challenge of turning bland learning experiences into experiences that learners might actually look forward to, oh yeah and learn from too.
As you reflect on how you like to learn new information yourself, have you considered the following when it comes to how you are training your employees?
Do they need access to learning content in smaller chunks?
Are they looking for a more engaging experience?
Do the instructor led training sessions deliver the right experience for today’s learners?
Are the existing eLearning courses, built with rapid development tools, looking stale and lacking in engagement and interactivity?
Do the current training videos look more like reruns of 90’s sitcoms?
Would they benefit from using the power of gamification to make learning fun?
If we’re being honest with each other, you probably answered yes to at least one of these questions. Maybe it’s time to take the first step toward getting people excited about learning again, regardless of how boring or dry the content might be. But to do it, takes a special team of people. Chances are you might need a little help getting started, and that’s where the SDI Experience team comes in!
Here’s how we help!
Here’s how we help! We create custom training experiences to be engineered specifically for your learners to drive behavior change and better performance. After all, that’s why we’re training in the first place, right? In order to create an engaging user experience, we begin by gaining a deep understanding of the people we need to train. Then we put our heads together to create a training experience that combines the right technology, learning strategies, and content to engage the audience and deliver results.
