We focus on the desired skill change, and build the learning experience to make that change. Whether a stand-alone event or as part of a larger program or curriculum, and SDI-designed custom workshop emphasizes practice, skill-building, and sharing of best practices between learners, versus a boring lecture.
We strive for a user experience with 80%+ dedicated to skill application and peer-to-peer interaction. So instruction is focused on setting context, facilitating discussion, and providing experience-based feedback.
