Our operations are very complex. Throw in the fact that we have a number of employees for which English isn’t their first language, onboarding can be a struggle! SDI helped take a large part of our training content and created a variety of animated videos to help explain the concepts in an easy to understand, visual way.

Part of Thrive’s Accelerate Your Growth program, targeted at small to midsized businesses, this award-winning motion graphics video illustrates how to avoid making political mistakes in an office environment, presented in a artistic, humorous manner. This video sets connects to other related learning content within the program.
Communicating Effectively MGV
Motion graphics video (MGV) created to replace some traditional classroom training content in a shorter, more memorable manner; visually designed within client branding and consistent with other curriculum offerings.
Fundamental of Leading People MGV
Motion graphics video created to provide an overview to the leadership program experience and set the stage for week 1. Each subsequent week also has a video transitioning from the previous week’s theme to the current week.
SDI Promotional MGV
Motion graphics video written and visually designed to promote SDI’s overall value and service offerings. Used on our website, as marketing promotion on social media, and as background video during trade show events.
First Aid MGV
Motion graphics video created to illustrate decision making in a variety of first aid situations. Used independently and as part of a branching scenario-based eLearning course.
Learning Program Marketing MGV
A short motion graphics video, developed to communicate the benefits of a learning and performance program to internal and external client audiences. Content scripting and animation style tailored to fit client culture and program branding.
Thrive Promotional MGV
This MGV was written for a target audience of HR professionals within small to midsized businesses, with content and visuals designed to appeal to the audience and provide a basic understanding of the benefits Thrive offers them. This video is used on the Thrive website and independently in marketing campaigns.
Personal Safety MGV
Part of Thrive’s Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) program targeted at small to midsized businesses, this MGV is used as an overview for a number of personal safety-related eLearnings. The storytelling and visual styles were intentionally somber to help convey the seriousness of the topic.
Personal Brand MGV
Part of Thrive’s Accelerate Your Growth program, targeted at small to midsized businesses, this motion graphics video covers tips for establishing a personal brand and good reputation in the office, presented in a colorful, well-written and artistic manner. This video sets connects to other related learning content within the program.
Product Overview MGV
This motion graphics video consists of static product beauty shots overlayed by audio introducing the product and describing the primary benefits. The MGV is used as the introduction to a larger training initiative related to this product and the overall portfolio it resides within.
Stop Loss MGV
This animated video takes the insurance concept of stop loss, and applies creative writing and engaging visuals to make the concept easier to comprehend and more memorable.
Sustainable Materials MGV
Part of a broader EH&S curriculum, certain topics were developed as animated videos, to more succinctly and visually make key points memorable and set context for other subsequent formal training offerings (eLearning, classroom training). All curriculum elements had the same visual style and character set applied for consistency and continuity of storytelling.
