Part of a broader EH&S curriculum, certain topics were developed as animated videos, to more succinctly and visually make key points memorable and set context for other subsequent formal training offerings (eLearning, classroom training). All curriculum elements had the same visual style and character set applied for consistency and continuity of storytelling.

Program consisting of formal learning, field-based experiences, peer-to-peer and leader-to-peer sharing, and individual and small group activities; all accessed and tracked via an online portal, with gaming and social elements built in.

Bundled training for and across multiple job roles in one online portal, styled to represent the client’s culture. LMS functionality tracks completion of individual assets at the user level, with dashboard reporting for admins and leadership.

Formal and informal learning content for new and young professionals, to help them get up to speed and contribute more quickly in their professional careers. All eLearnings, videos, articles, and infographics follow the same visual and writing style. Portal is a fun design with buildings representing different topic categories, including a “library” for further learning and a “community center” to facilitate discussion threads and sharing between participants.

Part of Thrive’s Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) program targeted at small to midsized businesses, this MGV is used as an overview for a number of personal safety-related eLearnings. The storytelling and visual styles were intentionally somber to help convey the seriousness of the topic.
Thrive Promotional MGV
This MGV was written for a target audience of HR professionals within small to midsized businesses, with content and visuals designed to appeal to the audience and provide a basic understanding of the benefits Thrive offers them. This video is used on the Thrive website and independently in marketing campaigns.
R&D eLearning Curriculum
A series of eLearnings designed to teach team members the importance of local and global standards leveraged during product research and design.
