SDI designs and develops learning programs to provide a blended, cohort-based experience that delivers learning content and experiences through eLearning courses, workshops, motion graphics videos, on-the-job training (OJT), performance assessments—and much more. Programs resemble curriculum in that they drive the acquisition of knowledge and development in support of key skills, but do so to achieve a specific goal or as part of a larger curriculum. We use the latest technology to drive the participant experience while gathering important data and analytics that provide proof of program effectiveness and measure participant capabilities and performance readiness.
